個人情報保護の取組み

ベネッセビジネスメイト・プライバシー・ステートメント

  • 当社は、個人情報（生存する個人に関する情報であって、特定の個人を識別できるものをいい、以下も同様とします。）を取り扱う際に、個人情報保護法をはじめ個人情報保護に関する関係諸法令及び主務大臣のガイドラインに定められた義務並びに本ステートメントを厳正に遵守することを誓約します。
  • 当社は、利用目的をできる限り特定したうえ、あらかじめご本人（その個人情報によって識別される特定の個人をいい、以下も同様とします。）の同意を得た場合及び法令により例外として扱われるべき場合を除き、利用目的の範囲内でのみ、個人情報を取り扱います。また、業務の受託に伴って委託元から提供（預託）される個人情報については、当該委託元との契約目的の達成に必要な範囲内で利用いたします。
  • 当社は、個人情報を取得する場合、適正な手段で取得するものとし、法令により例外として扱われるべき場合を除き、利用目的をあらかじめ公表するか、取得後速やかにご本人に通知又は公表します。但し、ご本人から書面（Webを含む）で直接取得する場合には、あらかじめ利用目的を明示します。
  • 当社は、取り扱う個人データ(*1.)を利用目的の範囲内で正確・最新の内容に保つよう努め、また安全管理のために必要・適切な措置を講じ、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、又は毀損の防止並びに是正に努め、従業員および委託先を監督します。 *1. 個人情報データベース等を構成する個人情報をいい、個人情報データベース等とは、個人情報を含む情報の集合物であって、電子データベースのほか、紳士録書籍のように特定の個人情報を容易に検索できるように体系的に構成したものとして政令で定められたものをいいます。以下も同様とします。
  • 当社は、法令により例外として取り扱うべき場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく、個人データを第三者に提供しません。
  • 当社は、保有個人データ(*2.)につき、法令に基づきご本人からの開示、訂正等の要求にお応えします。 *2. 開示、内容の訂正等の権限を有する個人データであって、その存否が明らかになることにより公益その他の利害が害されるものとして政令で定められるもの又は6ヶ月以内に消去することとなるもの以外のものをいいます。
  • 当社は、取り扱う個人情報につき、ご本人からの苦情に対し迅速かつ適切に取り組み、そのための社内体制の整備に努めます。

当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律、個人情報の保護に関する基本方針（閣議決定）、個人情報の保護に関する法律施行令、個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づく主務大臣の定めるガイドラインおよび所属する団体のルール等に基づき、取得する個人情報および保有個人データの利用目的、第三者提供、開示等の求めに応じる手続きおよび苦情受付に関する事項を公表いたします。
なお、従業員などの雇用管理に関する個人情報については、本公表には含みません。

  • 個人情報および保有個人データの利用目的の公表
    • 当社が、書面（Webを含む）以外で本人より直接取得する場合および間接的に取得する場合の個人情報、ならびに保有個人データの利用目的は、以下 A. 記載の事業に関する、B. 記載の事項です。

        • その他、上記各号に関連し、または附帯する目的
    • 当社は、入退館管理システム管理業務など、業務の受託に伴って委託元から提供（預託）された個人情報について、これを当該委託元との契約の目的の達成に必要な範囲内で利用します。 注1）当社が取得する個人情報のうち、書面（Webを含む）によりご本人等から直接取得する場合については、原則として個別に利用目的を明示します。
  • 「第三者提供」に関する事項
    • 当社は、保有する個人データを適切に管理し、あらかじめお客様の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。だたし、次の場合は除きます。
      • ・法令に基づく場合。
      • ・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
      • ・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
      • ・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき。
    • 当社は、特定の第三者との間で個人データを共同利用する場合は、直接本人に、個人データを特定の者との間で共同して利用する旨、共同して利用される個人データの項目、共同して利用する者の範囲、利用する者の利用目的、および当該個人データの管理について責任を有する者の名称を通知するか、または本ホームページで公表します。

Benesse Business-mate, Inc.(hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces matters related to the use of personal information and retained personal data obtained by the Company, the provision to third parties of personal data, procedures regarding requests for disclosure etc. of retained personal data, and the reception of complaints regarding the handling of personal information based on the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information, Basic Policy Concerning the Protection of Personal Information (Cabinet decision), enforcement regulations for the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information and guidelines established by the state minister in charge based on the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information. This announcement does not include personal information related to the employment management of employees, etc.

2. Our company uses personal information provided (entrusted) by the consignor in conjunction with the entrustment of business such as entrance and exit management system management business within the range necessary for achieving the purpose of the contract with the consignor. Note 1) Among the personal information we acquire, we will generally specify the purpose of use individually for those we directly acquire from the person or the like in writing (including via the Web).


Ⅱ. Matters regarding Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties


1. We shall properly control the personal data retained and shall not provide such personal data to third parties without receiving in advance the consent of the principal, with the exception of the following conditions:

A. When based on laws or regulations

B. When necessary for the preservation of life, limb, or property and when gaining the consent of the principal is difficult

C. When necessary in particular for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound development of children and when gaining the consent of the principal is difficult

D. When required to cooperate with national or local government institutions or contractors to such institutions in the performance of work prescribed by laws and regulations and when gaining the consent of the principal risks impeding the performance of this work


2. When our company jointly uses personal data with a specific third party, we will notify the person directly of the fact that we will jointly use the personal data with a specific person, the items of personal data to be jointly used, the range of persons to use, the purpose of use of the person to use, and the name of the person responsible for the management of the personal data, or we will announce it on this homepage.
